On this site you will find useful information on Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching, this will be particularly useful if you are just exploring your options and deciding what might be best for you. Our approach is to use the skills of these three area’s interchangeably so if you book some Coaching you may well find we use NLP or Hypnotherapy as part of the Coaching, and if you book a therapy session we may well end up using an element of coaching. This is great for our clients as it represent very good value for money !

This setting has easy access via public transport, free local parking, it has a pleasant waiting area and is a very friendly and welcoming place to spend a few hours.
